Sipnosis : A group of ants were whispering about how disappointed they were of their leader because they thought he enjoys everything they worked hard to find without lifting a finger.The ant leader overheard their conversation and became very angry.One day one of the worker ants found a big juicy piece of bone.All the other ants came out to help.The ant leader did not came out but remained in the nest instead.All the other ants tried to carry the bone back to their nest but they couldn't because their actions were not uniformed and some pull back and some pushed front.And so ,despite all the hard work they have put in from day to night, they failed to move the bone.With this, they realised that without a leader they can't get the job done.
The moral of the story is :"Both leaders and workers play an important role in achieving the best result."
